The qualification will be delivered using competency-based training and assessment approaches. It will involve face to face sessions using participatory and experiential learning methods.
Learning activities contain simulated or work related tasks to ensure that the competencies gained are practical and immediately applicable.
The program duration is 15 days contact time with a minimum of 1 month workplace assessment.
The qualification can be delivered as a whole program or tailored to meet client needs.
Assessment is evidence-based. A portfolio of evidence collected from both the workplace and training room will be used to assess competency. Participants will be required to demonstrate the skills, knowledge-based questions, or participating in presentations or role-plays.
They can liaise with the assessor on the method to use and which evidences to collect. Rules of evidence and principles assessment apply.
