This course is for managers and supervisors in both the public and private sectors who oversee and co-ordinate the work of a number of subordinates.
it is also suitable for those who have been identified as potential managers or supervisor to equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills to undertake new challenges.
This course is designed targeting critical management competency areas and is aimed at developing highly skilled middle line managers. More emphasis will be given to management planning, people management, communication management, and financial management..
